Keep briefcases for independent passive investments

Briefcase number 1.

This briefcase is the most conservative, it should be applied if your investment horizon is at least 1 year and no more than 3.

The portfolio must consist of 20% of the stock funds and 80% of bond funds. Moreover, the bond fund must be excluding risk on ruble or dollar. The poet is better to miss them.

This can be such funds: FXRU, FXRB, AKMB, AMHY, AMIG, AMRB, BCSB, FXFA, FXIP, FXMM, GPBM, GPBS, RCMB, RUSB, SBCB, SBGB, SBRB, SUGB

Stock Funds, there is an assortment even more, so I will write only those who are tested: FXRL, FXUS, FXIT, FXWO, AKME, AKSP, AMGF, AMMF, AMRB

Such a portfolio for 3 years will most likely give 6% per annum. I write «most likely» — as there are no guarantees in investment, but the probability is very big.

Briefcase №2.

This portfolio is already moderately conservative and will likely give yield at the level of 8 to 10%. Brew 8% in the calculations.

A portfolio can already be 40% of the stock funds, and 60% of bond funds. The list is the same as at the top.

Briefcase number 3.

This is the most favorite my portfolio. Here we already receive yield more than 12% and up to 18%, in the calculations took 14%.

Such a portfolio can consist of 20% of bond funds, and 80% of the stock funds. The list is the same.

For example, over the past 2 years, such a portfolio gave 130% per annum (at the bottom).

How do you? And no magic of complex interest)

But of course it will not always be, but he is quite able to show her 14%.

! ️ Important, the entire list that I wrote is not to take them all. You need to choose what it is suitable for you by conditions and money.
